We all need to be leaders regardless of our formal title or role. The humorous quotes and stories are overshadowed by the more serious ones.

I will say that the average person will be more apt to pick up books that have fewer words on each page, and fewer total pages. The short stories and quotations really hit home!

He shows the danger of the holiness of always being the injured party and being the historically oppressed who find not only sanctity but safety in the state of victimization. In less than 7 days, we had input from nearly key people who represent a major audience for this book.
This involves clarifying where we are now, defining where we want to be, and establishing the plans, processes, and skills to narrow the cclemmer between our current and future state. Good idea, nice stories to illustrate the message, but that is it.

The messages on leadership and change are relevant and practical as well as presented in an entertaining fashion. Yet it was easy to read and organized in such a way that would make it easy to pick up again and again and re-read particular diistance.
